Inaugural National Reiki Conference - national consultation and agreement to form a 'national self regulating body' and "to develop a minimum set of national standards".

URPA hosted and facilitated an historic meeting of executive and active members of know Reiki organisations.

2nd National Reiki Conference held in Perth, WA - presentations & discussions - create a framework for standards professional practice of Reiki.

2nd Series of Discussion Groups facilitated nationwide - consult and create awareness of the key project aims and vision.

Executive Director attended the Public Practice Conference held in Catalo, USA and gave a presentation on the Australian Reiki community journey in establishing standards.

September 2004

Members participated in a General meeting to change the name of the organisation to 'Reiki Australia'.

February 2005

Reiki Australia invited to the Industry Reference Group to participate in the review the current Health Training Package HLT 02.
