Decide which category you wish to join in, then download the Application Form and Supporting Documents. Fill in your Application Form and return to the Membership Officer together with the Payment Option Form and your non refundable, one-off joining fee of $35. You will receive an invoice for the cost of your category of membership. If you apply for Reiki Practitioner or Reiki Master/Teacher category and require insurance cover, an application form for OAMPS Insurance Brokers will be enclosed for your convenience. Please note that you need to complete the application process within 2 months, after which time your application will be closed and a new application will be required.
